Therefore, it necessary to conduct study Wastewater Treatment Plants so discharged meets requirements from hospital. From results this be concluded initial process final check quality determine efficiency at least 2 times year. The Domestic WWTP engineering design are capacity 150 m3 per day, BOD average 300 mg / l, SS concentration total processing 90-95%, treated water 20 l by l. Meanwhile, distribution electric power in form MCB 1 phase 6 Amp - 220 Volt with 1122 watts which used supply unit 250 recycler pumps 4 units air blower 800 or requirement 1050 watts.
